Let us tell you here that 13205 Janhit Express train going from Saharsa to Patliputra narrowly escaped being the victim of a horrific accident on Wednesday night. The train got divided into two parts when the hook of the coach broke while the train was moving. Due to which the bogies of the train got separated and kept running on the track between Simri Bakhtiyarpur-Koparia station and after some distance, the train stopped in two parts at different places.
Action will be taken on the investigation report
The hook between the two coaches was broken between S2 and S3. At the time when the train got divided into two parts, the speed of the train was somewhat slow. Due to which a major accident was averted. During this time, train operations on Saharsa-Mansi railway section were halted for 3 hours. Whereas S2 coach was removed by cutting it. At present no action has been taken against anyone in the case of Janhit Express. On the basis of the report of the inquiry committee, action can be taken against the guilty employees and officers.
Saharsa Railway Department and Harnaut Railway Factory will also be questioned.
An investigation team of four railway officers has been formed in the case of Janhit Express train. This team has been prepared at division level. The investigation team will also go to Saharsa and interrogate the concerned departments. Apart from this, Harnaut can also inquire from the railway factory.
