A shocking revelation has come to light in the case of attempted rape of a woman Naib Tehsildar posted in Basti Tehsil of UP. On Monday the DM sent a report to the government. It has been said that there was a deep friendship between the Naib Tehsildar and the Revenue Officer. Not only this, both of them also chatted on WhatsApp. On the night of the incident, an unknown person was present at the Tehsildar’s house. Meanwhile, the accused officer had entered his house from the back door. During interrogation, the revenue officer told that a fight was taking place in the house of the female Naib Tehsildar. I went to help him. On the other hand, on Tuesday the government has suspended the accused revenue officer. An arrest warrant has also been issued against the accused Naib Tehsildar. The court has ordered the police to arrest them and present them before the court.
It is noteworthy that the woman Naib Tehsildar is posted in Sadar Tehsil. Naib Tehsildar, a 25-year-old unmarried woman, had alleged on November 17 that a revenue officer entered her official residence and tried to rape her. When he failed, he was thrown on the ground and beaten. When he protested, his clothes were torn. When the female Naib Tehsildar somehow ran away and hid under the throne, they dragged her from there too. After this an attempt was made to murder him by strangulation. Somehow, the woman Naib Tehsildar ran outside to save her life. After this he locked himself in the room. After the medical examination of the woman Naib Tehsildar, the police registered a case against the accused officer.
Vishakha Committee was formed to investigate this matter. After investigation, the committee submitted the report to the DM on 20th. It said- Female Naib Tehsildar and accused Revenue Officer Ghanshyam Shukla are posted in Sadar Tehsil. The government residences of both are side by side in the tehsil complex. Both live alone in the house. On the evening of 11th November, both of them had gone to other officers to wish Chhoti Diwali. Was returning after meeting the officers. Meanwhile, the victim told the accused that CO Sadar had asked for checking of firecracker shops. Let’s go together to investigate. After this both of them went to check the firecracker shops. After this, both of them had dinner outside in the restaurant at night. Then they came to their respective residences at around 10:30 pm.

After this both of them talked on WhatsApp. At 11 pm, Ghanshyam called several times on WhatsApp from the victim’s mobile. But, he did not receive the call. After some time, a mail (man) called the accused from the mobile phone of the female Naib Tehsildar. During this time there was an altercation between the two. After this both of them started abusing. After some time, Ghanshyam Shukla sent a message on the victim’s WhatsApp. It was written in it that I had called you. But your call did not pick up. After some time, a person’s call came from your mobile. He said that you are his special one.

Accused Ghanshyam Shukla told that after this I went inside the back door of the lady Naib Tehsildar’s residence. There is a sound of someone and the victim fighting inside. Hearing this, the accused shouted ‘Mam-Mam’. Asked if you were okay. Hearing my voice the unknown person ran away. But his slippers were left in the house of the lady Naib Tehsildar. Even before this, a person from Balrampur had called her and abused her. He had said that you should stay away from the lady Naib Tehsildar. The report states that how did the victim get injured? Who was the person who was at the victim’s house? Which person called and threatened? It is necessary to investigate in depth all these facts. Therefore, it is necessary to register a case and investigate.
