Know who is Acharya Pramod Krishnam?
Talking about Acharya Pramod Krishnam, he had contested the 2019 Lok Sabha elections from Lucknow on a Congress ticket but had to face defeat. However, he received 1.8 lakh votes. In 2014, Acharya Pramod had contested the Lok Sabha elections from Sambhal in UP. He was defeated in this election also. Acharya Pramod was earlier part of the Congress’s Uttar Pradesh Advisory Council, which was formed to help Priyanka Gandhi Vadra take over as UP in-charge for the party. Indian Express had published a news in which it was said that one of the reasons for Acharya Pramod’s displeasure could be the announcement of Samajwadi Party’s candidates for both Sambhal and Lucknow Lok Sabha seats. He had his eyes on these seats.
