SpiceJet flight SG-8721, which arrived from Delhi to Patna at 10:20 am, landed late by about eight hours on Friday. Instead of 8:30 am, this flight left for Patna from Delhi Airport at 4:33 pm and landed at Patna Airport at 6.08 pm. Angry passengers due to flight delay created a ruckus at boarding gate number 54 in Delhi. However, later the ground staff of the airlines and CISF security personnel calmed down the matter. Actually, the flight which was supposed to take off for Patna, reached Delhi seven hours late.

Here, due to late landing of the plane, the passengers waiting for this plane to go from Patna to Delhi also faced a lot of trouble. Most of them reached the airport at eight-nine in the morning. He had to wait the whole day for his flight at Patna airport. Angered by this, many passengers also created a ruckus at Patna Airport and expressed their anger on the airlines personnel. Apart from this, eight other planes also arrived late at Patna airport. Except two of these, all the others were delayed by less than an hour.
