AAP workers gave grand welcome to Sanjay Singh

After the release of Sanjay Singh, AAP workers celebrated loudly outside Tihar Jail and gave a grand welcome to their leader. A large number of workers and supporters had already gathered outside the jail to welcome Sanjay Singh. As soon as the AAP MP came out of jail, the workers welcomed him with drums and drums. Sanjay Singh got bail on the basis of conditions

Sanjay Singh has got bail from the court on the basis of some conditions. The court directed Sanjay Singh not to tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses in the excise scam case. Sanjay Singh has been released from jail after depositing a personal bond of Rs 2 lakh and a surety amount of the same amount.

Supreme Court bench said- No money was found from Sanjay Singh

The bench of Justice Sanjeev Khanna, Justice Dipankar Dutta and Justice PB Varale, while ordering the release of Sanjay Singh, who was in jail for six months, had said that no money was found from him. The bench said, AAP leaders can continue their political activities but cannot make any statement regarding this matter. Sanjay Singh will remain out on bail during the entire trial.

ED had arrested Sanjay Singh on October 4 last year.

It is noteworthy that Sanjay Singh was arrested by ED on October 4 last year. The ED had claimed that Sanjay Singh was involved in receiving, possessing, concealing, dispersing and using the proceeds of crime earned from the Delhi liquor scam relating to the excise policy period 2021-22.
