Court will give verdict today

Today i.e. on Thursday, the sessions court of Surat will give its verdict in the Modi surname defamation case. Let me tell you, on April 3, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had filed an appeal in the Sessions Court seeking a stay on the sentence given by the lower court. On April 13, a hearing was held in the sessions court on Rahul’s application. After the completion of the hearing, the court had reserved the verdict till April 20. In such a situation, if the Sessions Court stays his conviction regarding the remark on Modi’s surname, then Rahul Gandhi’s MP can be returned.
