It was being told that the PM had to go for darshan to the Banke Bihari temple located in Vrindavan, Mathura. But on 23rd November, lakhs of devotees circumambulate on Devotthan Ekadashi. In such a situation, due to Modi’s programme, parikrama had to be banned due to security reasons. And devotees could face a lot of trouble, hence now PM will not go to Banke Bihari Temple. There will be tight security arrangements during PM Modi’s visit to Mathura. More than 3 thousand security personnel are being deployed here. Police personnel will be deployed at every nook and corner from the helipad to Shri Krishna’s birthplace, roads and program venue.
