Palamu: Congressmen hold protest meeting against Assam government

Palamu: On Wednesday, Congressmen demonstrated by wearing black badges against the BJP government of Assam. A protest meeting was organized near Chhamuhan. Congress District President Jaish Ranjan Pathak alias Bittu presided over. He said that Congress national leader Rahul Gandhi has started Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra to provide justice and rights to the common people of the country. Its positive results are visible. The people of the country are openly supporting this justice march. But BJP is discouraged by this. On January 22, an attempt was made by the government to stop the Bharat Jodh Nyay Yatra in Assam. The Chief Minister of Assam took this action at the behest of the Central Government. National leader of Congress Rahul Gandhi was stopped from going to the minister’s office. The Assam government is doing such things to hide its failures. But Congress will not sit silent. BJP will continue the struggle till they get justice by making the general public aware of the reality of the government.

Many Congressmen including Chero were present.
