After all, who is Narottam Mishra?

Talking about Narottam Mishra, he is often in the news because of his statements. The BJP leader, born on April 15, 1960 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, is counted among the stalwarts. Narottam Mishra has completed his studies in Madhya Pradesh only. He obtained MA and PhD degrees from Jiwaji University, Gwalior.

-Between 1978 and 1980, Narottam Mishra was elected member of the state executive body of Madhya Pradesh BJYM.

-Narottam Mishra contested the assembly elections from Dabra seat in the years 1993, 1998 and 2003. However, he could not win the 1993 elections.

-Narottam Mishra became Minister of State for the first time in the year 2003 in the Babulal Gaur government.

– Since then, he has handled the responsibilities of many important ministries. These ministries include law, education, housing, health and family welfare, water resources and public relations.

-In the year 2005, when Shivraj Singh Chauhan took oath as the Chief Minister for the first time, Narottam Mishra was given the responsibility of Parliamentary Affairs Minister.

After this, this seat became general from 2008 and Narottam Mishra had to leave Dabra seat and fight from Datia. Mishra defeated Rajendra Bharti in this election. In 2013, once again Narottam Mishra defeated Rajendra Bharti. In 2018, Mishra proved his mettle by winning this seat for the third consecutive time.
