Jharkhand State Foundation Day: Function will be held in Kashi Sahu College, Minister Champai will participate

A district level program will be held in Seraikela-Kharsawan on Jharkhand Foundation Day on 15th November. Deputy Development Commissioner Praveen Kumar Gagrai held a meeting on Saturday regarding its preparations. He told that the district level program will be held in the multipurpose hall of Kashi Sahu College, Seraikela. The chief guest in the program will be Tribal Welfare cum Transport Minister Champai Soren. DDC discussed point wise the cleanliness of the venue, stalls of various departments, foundation stone laying of various schemes, inauguration and distribution of assets among eligible beneficiaries etc. Gave necessary guidelines to the concerned officials. He said that the program will include Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Social Welfare, Social Security, Drinking Water, Supply Department, Welfare Department, Fisheries Department, Health Department J.S. l. P.S. Stalls of various departments will be set up and information about government’s welfare schemes will be given.

Applications from eligible beneficiaries will be taken there. Assets will be distributed among the selected beneficiaries under various schemes. He gave instructions to make arrangements for the movement of beneficiaries, drinking water and mobile toilets at the program venue and to complete other preparations on time. In the meeting, Project Director Sandeep Kumar Duraiburu, Additional Deputy Commissioner Subodh Kumar, Circle officer Parul Singh, District Transport Officer, District Supply Officer, District Animal Husbandry Officer, Nazarat Deputy Collector etc. were present.
