Lucknow: Raghavendra (23), nephew of international cricketer Poonam Yadav, has been beaten to death. The matter is being reported from Mainpuri in UP. Raghavendra was called in connection with a money transaction case and then he was tied up and beaten with an iron pipe. After this he was thrown near GT Road. A video of Raghavendra has gone viral on social media. Police have arrested Bindu Devi, same daughter Keshar, Bhure alias Sarnath and Ankur Shakya.
According to the police, this is the whole matter of Mauahar Kalhor of Ghiror police station area. Here Raghavendra’s relative Bindu Devi, a resident of Basantpur village of Kurawali police station area, had called him to her house to talk about money transactions. But he was taken hostage and beaten with an iron rod. After this, Raghavendra was thrown near GT Road in a dying condition. He died while being taken from Firozabad to Agra for treatment. Police have registered FIR against four accused Bindu Devi, same daughter Keshar, Bhure alias Sarnath and Ankur Shakya and arrested them.
Raghavendra, a video has also surfaced in this matter. In which he has narrated the entire incident. He has told that he was called to his house for money transaction and then he was beaten. Raghavendra’s grandfather Raghuveer Singh has lodged a report at Kurawali police station. The accused have also confessed to the beating.
