Road Accident In Odisha: A horrific accident occurred on Tuesday in the Garjanbahal coal mine of Mahanadi Coal Fields Limited (MCL) in Hemgir block of Sundargarh district of Odisha. There is news of the death of two employees in this accident while four others were injured. All the injured are being treated at Jindal Hospital in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, 40 km from here. According to the information received, on Tuesday, four workers were going to work in the mine in a Bolero. Then a Holpack machine hit them.
Bolero fell about 15 feet in the mine
In this collision, the Bolero crashed and fell down about 15 feet in the mine. On receiving information about the incident, the police and officials of MCL Basundhara area reached the spot and took out the injured and first sent them to Vasundhara Hospital and then to Jindal Hospital in Chhattisgarh. There the doctor declared MCL shift in-charge Jagdish Oram and Umakant Patel dead. At the same time, 4 others have been admitted.
One of the injured is in critical condition
Along with this, it is being told that the condition of one of the injured in the incident remains critical. At the same time, the treatment of the remaining injured is also going on.
