Patna. Patna Police has solved the murder mystery of Gausganj resident and disabled Rajendra Yadav of Khiri Mod police station of Paliganj and his third wife Sharda Devi. The mastermind of the murder of these two turned out to be none other than the disabled person’s own son Rakesh Yadav. With the help of his cousin Nitish, he had killed both of them by giving them a betel nut worth Rs. 3 lakh and fled after throwing the dead body on the roadside of Madaripur village under Khiri Mod police station. Police have arrested mastermind Rakesh Yadav and Nitish in this case. Also, raids are being conducted to catch the shooters.
Rajendra Yadav was continuously selling ancestral land
It is said that Rajendra Yadav was continuously selling the ancestral land and giving all the money to his third wife Sharda Devi. Whereas Sharda Devi was also giving that money to someone else. Even the land was written in his name. Due to which only less than one bigha of land was left. Rajendra used to work in Daman and he got information about this. After this, he reached his ancestral home six months ago and demanded money from his father, which was not received. Rakesh is from Rajendra Yadav’s first wife. He planned to kill both of them to save his land.
If there is no land left then nothing will be gained
Rakesh talked to his cousin Nitish, the son of his father’s second wife’s brother, and said that when there is no land left, he will not get anything. On this Nitish agreed to cooperate and hired a shooter for three lakhs. Gave him ten thousand rupees also. After this Nitish and the shooter committed the murder. The shooter is currently absconding in this case and the weapon used in the incident is with him. Rajendra was shot three times and Sharda Devi was killed by two bullets.
No son or daughter from third wife
Disabled Rajendra Yadav had married three times. His third marriage was with Sharda Devi, a resident of Maheshpur. There is no son or daughter from him. Sharda was also already married and had left her first husband. After this her husband married Sharda’s sister. The arrested 21-year-old Rakesh is a matriculation pass, while 19-year-old Nitish is an intermediate pass. Both of them were already angry with Rajendra Yadav.
He took along with him the matter of getting a receipt for the ancestral land.
When Rakesh made the complete plan for the murder, he asked his father Rajendra Yadav to get the ancestral land of his grandfather and great grandfather in his name. This will also provide convenience to Sharda Devi. Rajendra and Sharda Devi felt that Rakesh was saying the right thing. If the land documents are correct then it will be easy to sell and transfer. After this, on the night of 22nd November, Rakesh told Rajendra Yadav and Sharda Devi that Vikram had to go to meet a man to get the receipt deducted. On this Rajendra said that let’s go in the morning. On this, Rakesh and Nitish who were with him said that if they leave at 2 o’clock in the night, they will easily reach Vikram in the morning and after meeting the person there, the work of getting the receipt will start.
Nitish had taken it by bike
When both were ready, Nitish made Rajendra and Sharda sit on his bike and left for Vikram. Nitish’s aide was already waiting for those people to arrive near Madarpur village. As soon as they reached there, Nitish stopped the bike. Meanwhile, Nitish’s shooter reached there and shot both of them. After this, after it was confirmed that both of them were dead, they left from there on the bike. Here, after receiving information about the double murder, SDPO Pritam Kumar and Police Station Head Saifullah Ansari, under the leadership of City SP West Rajesh Kumar, started investigation and the suspicion went towards Rakesh. Because when the police spoke on phone, he informed that he was in Haryana. Whereas on investigation in the village it was found that he was there only and had not come home since the incident. The location of his mobile was also found to be of the village. After this, when the CDR of his number was taken out, Nitish’s number appeared. After this, when Nitish was called and interrogated slyly, he accepted his involvement in the incident and told the whole story. After this Rakesh was also arrested. City SP West Rajesh Kumar said that the shooter has been identified. Raids are being conducted to arrest him.
