The new NDA government of Bihar has won the trust vote in the Assembly on 12 February. After which now a case of kidnapping of two JDU MLAs Bima Bharti and Dilip Rai has been registered in Patna’s Kotwali police station. In this case he has been accused of kidnapping. He is said to be a leader close to Tejashwi Yadav. This complaint has been lodged by JDU MLA from Harlakhi Assembly Sundhashu Shekhar.
These people were accused of kidnapping
Sundhashu Shekhar has filed a case under sections 342, 365, 343, 346, 34 and 120 D of IPC at the Kotwali police station on February 11, accusing MLA Bima Bharti and Dilip Rai of threatening and kidnapping them. In this case, he has expressed apprehension of kidnapping against JDU MLA Dr. Sanjeev Kumar and Engineer Sunil, resident of Kidwaipuri, associated with RJD party. Kotwali police have registered a case against both of them and are investigating. Police will interrogate MLA Dr Sanjeev Kumar and Engineer Sunil in this matter.
Allegation of luring Rs 10 crore
In his written complaint, MLA Sundhashu Shekhar has told the police that at 8.32 pm on February 9, a WhatsApp call was received from the mobile number of Ranjit Kumar of Hajipur. He told me that Engineer Sunil has come and wants to talk to you. When I talked to him, he said that you come to the Grand Alliance, give five crores now and you will get five crores after the work is done. If you don’t want to take money then take ministerial post. After this he postponed it saying that he would think about it. After this he said that if you ask, he will come to your house also.

Sundhashu Shekhar told that after this, on February 10, at 10.11 am, a call was received on WhatsApp from former minister Nagmani Kushwaha that Akhilesh Kumar wanted to talk and would contact soon. An hour later, at 11.02 minutes, an internet call came from a number and the person calling told his name as Akhilesh and said that he is close to Rahul Gandhi. lure of ministerial post
Sundhashu Shekhar told that my fellow Hilsa MLA Krishna Murari Sharan told that RJD spokesperson Shashi Yadav had called him on January 30 or 31 and said that a person will meet you in the morning, let’s talk. Next day in the morning, a person from Hilsa assembly constituency met him and said that if you vote in favor of RJD in the trust motion on 12th February, you will get a ministerial post or you will get whatever money you want.
Dr. Sanjeev Kumar’s role described as suspicious
Sundhashu Shekhar has told the police that his party’s MLA Niranjan Kumar Mehta has also been lured and threatened to vote in favor of RJD. In this entire episode, the role of my party’s Parbatta Assembly MLA Dr. Sanjeev Kumar is doubtful. They are also luring and threatening many party MLAs to vote in favor of RJD.
He has also informed the police that I have received information from fellow MLAs that my party’s MLAs Bima Bharti and Dilip Rai have been threatened and forcibly kidnapped, so that they can vote in the trust vote on 12th February.
