Earlier, Congress state president Akhilesh Singh had said that if Pappu Yadav does not withdraw his nomination on the date of withdrawal of nomination, then Congress will consider what the party should do with Pappu Yadav. Today that date has also ended. However, the tone of Congress seems to be changing now. When the Congress spokesperson was asked in this regard, he said that Pappu Yadav is not a primary member of the Congress, then how will the Congress expel him from the party.
Bima Bharti is the candidate of Indi alliance
While talking to a media organisation, Congress spokesperson Rajesh Rathod said, “Pappu Yadav is not a primary member of Congress at all. On the instructions of the party, every worker of the Congress Party will work wholeheartedly for the candidate of the Congress Party supported alliance, Bima Bharti and will make Bima Bharti win.” Congress spokesperson Rajesh Rathod again stressed that our candidate is Bima Bharti, the candidate of Indi alliance and the same is the candidate supported by the Congress party.
Pappu Yadav is not a member of Congress
On Pappu Yadav’s membership, Congress spokesperson said that if he takes membership then ask him to show the receipt. Spokesperson Rathod said that Pappu Yadav had merged his party with Congress, but one of the rules of our party is that even if you merge in Delhi, you have to go to the state unit office and take primary membership, but Pappu Yadav did not do this in Bihar. On the use of Congress flag by Pappu Yadav, Rajesh Rathod said that it is wrong, Pappu Yadav cannot use the Congress flag. If Pappu Yadav uses the Congress flag, we will write to the Election Commission. Rajesh Rathore said that since the day of Pappu Yadav’s nomination, I have been saying that he is not a member of the party. I had issued this statement both in writing and orally on the same day.

On this matter, Pappu Yadav said, “Delhi knows whether I am a member of Congress or not. Delhi will know whether I am a member of Congress or not. I joined AICC just like this?
