PACS president has been murdered in Vishnupura Khalpura of Chhapra’s Mofussil police station area. It is said that this incident has been carried out due to land dispute. There was a fight between two parties. PEX President Dhananjay Singh was badly injured in this. After this he was taken to Chhapra Sadar Hospital. Here the doctors declared him dead. After this incident, there was chaos among the family members of the deceased. At the same time, the local people are very angry. As soon as the police received information about the incident, they reached the spot and took the body into their custody and sent it for post-mortem. According to the information, five people have been made accused in this case. The police has started the investigation.
Police engaged in further action
Here, in Dumduma village of Kudhani police station area of Kaimur district, there was a fierce fight and firing between two parties over the dispute of harvesting paddy. Meanwhile, one person has died due to bullet injury. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and arrested six people. The main accused has also been arrested. Based on the statement of the victim, a case has been registered against 16 named and 20 unidentified people in Kudhni police station. The victim’s side alleges that there was a dispute over harvesting of paddy. The accused are calling it their land. After this there was fighting and firing. One person died on the spot after being shot. As soon as information about the incident was received, a large police team including DM and SP reached the spot and started investigating the matter. At present, six accused have been arrested and raids are being conducted to arrest other accused. Police is busy in further action.
Woman attacked over personal dispute
At the same time, in Dewasi village of Katoria police station area of Banka, due to a mutual dispute, cousins attacked a married cousin with an ax and seriously injured her. Seema Kumari Bhagat, daughter of Niranjan Chaudhary, resident of Dewasi village, who was injured in the fight, received first aid in the referral hospital. The injured woman has lodged an FIR in the police station against her cousins Jitendra Chaudhary and Dinesh Chaudhary alias Karu Chaudhary. In which he has told that both of them reached his house with an ax and sticks and started searching for his father Niranjan Chaudhary. Then he abused her and beat her and injured her. The victim has also accused of snatching the mangalsutra and gold ring from her neck. There was a fight between the two parties on November 14 also.
