Corruption can be controlled with vigilance. For this, the young generation will have to be more aware, because the youth have the greatest potential to improve the future and present society.
Acharya Rameshwar Rai of Hindi Department said in the seminar organized by National Service Scheme under the ongoing Vigilance Awareness Week in Hindu College that it is extremely disturbing to see the name of our country in the statistics related to corruption in the list of all the countries of the world. It is impossible to change this situation only through strict laws, for this there will have to be radical changes in our life behavior.
Earlier in the symposium, volunteer Kamya read out the message of college principal Prof. Anju Srivastava. In the seminar, College Treasurer Dr. Varunendra Rawat said that online currency exchange has helped in controlling economic corruption.
On this occasion, Dr. Rawat called upon the volunteers to take a pledge to remain corruption free. Dr. Pallav, Program Officer of National Service Scheme, discussed various forms of corruption and said that any kind of corrupt practice is a big obstacle in the real development of our country which has to be eliminated. Ankit, student president of National Service Scheme, coordinated the symposium. In the end, Dr. Sonia Kumari, teacher advisor of National Service Scheme, expressed her gratitude.
