Ayodhya Ram Mandir: Route diversion implemented in Ayodhya, vehicles should be removed from these routes, note these numbers for need.

The auspicious moment for which people were eagerly waiting for years in Ayodhya has arrived. Today is the day of the consecration of Lord Ramlala. The biggest rule is that outside vehicles will not be allowed to enter Ayodhya nor will outsiders be allowed to enter. Besides, diversion has been implemented for small and big vehicles in the city till January 23 due to the celebrations. Buses and heavy vehicles going from Sitapur towards Gonda, Manikapur and Basti will be able to go via Intonja, Kumravaan, Kursi, Deva, Barabanki, Ramnagar and Colonelganj. Buses and big vehicles coming from Sitapur Road will not be able to go towards Barabanki and Ayodhya. This vehicle will be able to go via Bhithauli Tiraha, Engineering College Crossing, Tedhi Pulia Crossing, Kursi Road via Behta Crossing, Kisan Path and Sultanpur Road via Purvanchal Expressway. Whereas DCP Traffic Hridesh Kumar said that people will be able to go by using alternative routes. Heavy vehicles coming from Kanpur

Whereas buses and heavy vehicles going from Kanpur to Ambedkar Nagar, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar will be able to go via Kanpur, Fatehpur, Lalganj, Bachhrawan, Haidergarh, Purvanchal Expressway. Buses and big vehicles coming from Kanpur will not be able to go towards Barabanki and Ayodhya. This vehicle will be able to go from Junabganj turn, Mohanlalganj Kasba Tiraha, right from Bachhrawan to Haidergarh via Purvanchal Expressway.

Heavy vehicles coming from Agra Expressway

Buses and big vehicles going from Agra Expressway to Ambedkar Nagar, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar will be able to get down from Agra Expressway and go via Mohan Road via Mohan, Katibagiya, Junabganj Tiraha to the left, Mohanlalganj intersection to the right via Bachhrawan, Haidergarh, Purvanchal Expressway.

Heavy vehicles coming from Hardoi Road

Buses and big vehicles going from Hardoi to Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar will be able to go via Malihabad, Intaunja, Kumrawan, Kursi, Deva, Barabanki, Ramnagar, Colonelganj. Buses and big vehicles going from Hardoi to Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar will be able to go via Dubagga Tiraha, Bhitauli Tiraha, Engineering College Square, Tedhipulia Square, Gudamba, Kursi Road via Behta Square Underpass, Kisan Path, Sultanpur Road, Purvanchal Expressway.

These routes have been made green corridors

  • Amausi airport to Kanpur road via Shaheedpath, Kamta, Chihnat to Ayodhya route.

  • Purvanchal Expressway via Kumarganj Cut via Milkipur

  • Via Ahimamau, Indira Nahar, Kisanpath to Barabanki

  • Traffic of heavy vehicles banned on Ayodhya Road till 22 January

  • Movement of heavy commercial vehicles has been banned on Ayodhya Road.

  • Traffic police is sending these vehicles on alternative routes

  • Commercial vehicles will now go to Sant Kabirnagar, Basti, Gorakhpur and Maharajganj via alternative route till January 22.
