West Singhbhum, Ravi Mohanty: A case of abduction of a young man from near Chakradharpur railway station has come to light. RPF, GRP and District Police have started investigating the incident. According to the information received in connection with the incident, four youths got down from the Maruti Swift Dezire car near the main VIP gate of Chakradharpur railway station and suddenly caught hold of a youth standing there and tried to forcibly make him sit inside the car. But somehow the young man started running away, then again the four youths chased him and caught him and while dragging him, the young man was made to sit inside the car after being beaten up. In this incident, the shoe of the young man also fell on the road.
It is being told that after kidnapping the young man in the car, the four youths ran away with the car towards Prem Niwas NH-75 (E) road after passing through five turns. All this happened within just two to three minutes. People could not understand anything in this incident. After the information of the incident, RPF, GRP and District Police have started investigating the matter. At the same time, the station and the surrounding CCTVs are being investigated. There is panic in the area due to the incident of kidnapping in front of the public station. Who were the kidnappers, who was kidnapped, why was kidnapped. Its disclosure has not been done yet. But the police is investigating the matter taking it seriously. In this regard, SP Ashutosh Shekhar of West Singhbhum district said that information about the incident has been received.
