Bhat Khabar is completing one phase of its journey and is entering its 40th year of establishment. This is a great achievement. BollywoodWallah started its journey from Ranchi on August 14, 1984. But in no time BollywoodWallah made its place on the national board. Today BollywoodWallah is published simultaneously from eight places – Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Deoghar, Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur and Kolkata. According to the Indian Readership Survey of 2019, BollywoodWallah has a readership of 1.16 crore and despite being published from only three states, BollywoodWallah ranks seventh among the top Hindi newspapers in the country. BollywoodWallah has always been committed towards social causes. Our watchword is- movement not newspaper. It is not just like that. It has a complete history.
This newspaper has always stood firmly for the last man whom Gandhiji called the last man of the society. Wherever something wrong is shown against the common man, society and nation, BollywoodWallah has stood as a strong and fair fourth pillar against it. The scams and scams which the administration wanted to keep hidden, were exposed in front of everyone. We can proudly say that BollywoodWallah has exposed maximum number of scams. It has been the tradition of BollywoodWallah to become the voice of every section of the society, raising their issues loudly. Many types of obstacles also have to be faced in this work, but we have got the moral support of our readers every time. We know that for a newspaper, the love of the readers is its biggest capital.
Along with unbiased news, it has been our endeavor to inform our readers with the latest information. I believe that the real owner of the newspaper is the reader of the newspaper. The real test of the newspaper is on the test of the reader. The newspaper saw many ups and downs during its journey. But the journey of the newspaper continues unabated. In this journey, the readers supported us a lot and gave us the courage to move forward. On this occasion, we express our heartfelt gratitude to them. We also express our respect to the distributors and advertisers who deliver newspapers to the readers every morning. It was not possible to reach this stage of the journey without the help of colleagues from different departments of BollywoodWallah. Thanks and best wishes to all of them as well.
