Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), related to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, has again elected Rajsharan Shahi as its national president and Yagyavalkya Shukla as its national general secretary for the year 2023-24. A statement issued by election officer CN Patel from the central office of the student organization in Mumbai said that Shahi and Shukla will assume their responsibilities during the 69th national conference of ABVP to be held in Delhi from December 7 to 10.
Yagyavalkya Shukla is from Garhwa district of Jharkhand.
According to the statement, Yagyavalkya Shukla is originally from Garhwa district of Jharkhand. He has done PhD in Geography from Ranchi University. He has been the President of the Students Union of Shri Jagjit Singh Namdhari College, Garhwa and the Vice President of the Students Union of Ranchi University.
Rajsharan Shahi is a resident of Gorakhpur district of Uttar Pradesh.
Rajsharan Shahi is a resident of Gorakhpur district of Uttar Pradesh. He has completed his PhD in Education and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University in Lucknow. Shahi is also a member of important committees related to the implementation of various educational and national education policies of Uttar Pradesh.
