World Water Day 2024: Today is World Water Day. It is celebrated every year on 22 March by the United Nations to create awareness around the world about conserving drinking water. On this World Water Day, Mahindra & Mahindra Chairman Anand Mahindra has shared a unique wedding video on the social media platform Twitter (X). The veteran industrialist has shared this video when there was a drinking water crisis in the country’s famous city Bengaluru in the month of March itself.

In this, the groom is seen adorning himself without water. After this, some women are seen waiting for water to come from the taps with utensils on their waist. At the end of the video a couple’s wedding is shown. Many people liked this video of his. This video shows a method to collect water from AC units daily. Anand Mahindra stressed the importance of conserving water resources and advocated the widespread adoption of such practices across India. He wrote in his tweet, ‘This needs to become standard equipment across India, wherever people use ACs. Water is life. It needs to be stored safely.
