Bangladesh suffered two initial setbacks
Both the opening batsmen of Bangladesh are out. Bangladesh team got its second blow in the eighth over. The first blow to the team came in the form of Liton Das on the first ball of the innings. He became the victim of the Golden Duck. The second batsman Tanjid Hasan was out after scoring 16 runs. He hit four fours in his innings. Mehndi Hasan Miraj and Nazmul Hosein Shanto are present at the crease.

Return of captain Kane Williamson
New Zealand’s attack has become stronger with the return of captain Kane Williamson. He could not play against England and Netherlands, but now he has made a comeback. Williamson is an excellent ODI batsman and plays spinners well, this will be beneficial in the Chepauk stadium. Williamson said that he is happy and thrilled to return to the World Cup team.
