The benefit of grant up to Rs 25 crore is being given not only for hotel construction but also for building theme restaurants and parks, meditation centres, golf courses etc.

In the meeting of tour operators, Tourism Secretary Abhay Kumar Singh presented various points of the tourism fund policy to the hotels and tour operators. The Secretary said that in the new policy we have created many points of attraction for investors. For setting up a scheme up to Rs 10 crore, a capital fund of Rs 3 crore will be given as incentive. If you invest in a project up to Rs 50 crore, you will get an incentive of up to Rs 10 crore and if you invest between Rs 50 crore to Rs 100 crore, you can get the facility of incentive up to Rs 25 crore.
