She fell down as soon as the bullet hit her. Since then he was undergoing treatment in the medical college. On Tuesday, the doctors tried for two hours to operate on his head and clean it. Ishrat Nigar did not regain consciousness from the very first day and was in a coma-like state. Ishrat Nigar’s condition started deteriorating from Wednesday afternoon and she was declared dead at around 10 pm. Principal of JN Medical College, Prof. Arif M Khan has confirmed the death of the woman.

In this investigation, evidence of criminal negligence has been found from the conduct before and after the incident, on the basis of which he has been sent to jail. Along with issuing non-bailable warrant from the court, a reward of twenty thousand rupees has also been announced on the absconding inspector. CO I Abhay Pandey has confirmed that the poster has been issued and Munshi has been arrested and sent to jail. Meanwhile, SSP Kalanidhi Naithani said that the woman injured by the inspector’s bullet has died. Late night the doctors declared him dead.
