Will Arvind Kejriwal be arrested today? Security increased at the main gate of Delhi CM’s society

Delhi Police has increased security at the main gate of the society of Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) party convener Arvind Kejriwal. Its video has surfaced which has been released by new agency ANI. Meanwhile, party leaders are expressing fear of a raid on Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s house by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the Delhi Liquor Policy case. Delhi Minister Atishi has expressed this apprehension. Party workers have started reaching AAP headquarters.

In view of the fear of CM Kejriwal’s arrest, the gathering of workers has been going on outside the AAP Aadmi Party headquarters since Thursday morning. Delhi ministers have also become active regarding the matter.

Kejriwal did not appear even on the third summons on Wednesday

Let us tell you that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal did not appear on Wednesday even on the third summons issued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the Delhi Liquor Policy case, after which the round of political rhetoric continues. Kejriwal has sent a written reply declaring the notice illegal. AAP has alleged that repeatedly sending notices to Kejriwal is part of a conspiracy to arrest him to stop him from campaigning in the Lok Sabha elections.

What did Delhi Minister Atishi say

Delhi ministers Atishi and Saurabh Bhardwaj claimed late in the night that they have information that ED will raid Kejriwal’s residence on Thursday morning and then Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal can be arrested. Atishi tweeted at 11:50 pm on Wednesday night that news is coming that ED is going to raid Arvind Kejriwal’s residence this morning. There is a possibility of arrest. Two minutes later, Delhi Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj posted the same thing in Hindi on social media. He wrote that information has been received that ED will reach the house of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday morning and there is a possibility of arresting him.

What did BJP say?

Here, BJP claimed that Kejriwal does not want the truth to come out. BJP’s Delhi unit chief Virendra Sachdeva, reacting to the matter, said that the way Kejriwal is avoiding the summons, it shows that he has no faith in the law and order of the country. He further said that Manish Sisodia, Vijay Nair and Sanjay Singh have also considered the ED summons illegal, but despite this they are not successful in getting bail. He said that I believe that he (Arvind Kejriwal) should avoid making such comments considering his constitutional position.
