After the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Aam Aadmi Party i.e. ‘AAP’ is continuously attacking BJP. Meanwhile, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has given reaction on the matter. In an interview, he said that the NDA government at the Center misused agencies to arrest Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, an allegation being made by the opposition which is completely baseless. He expressed surprise and said that if it is so then why did the court not give relief to AAP convener Kejriwal?
Rajnath Singh gave an interview to news agency ANI. In this he said that even if it is accepted that Arvind Kejriwal is in jail because of us, then why is he not getting relief from the court? Have we controlled the courts also? After all, what are these people trying to say? The courts cannot be captured by anyone. He has the courage to say this. If they say so then let them say…
Investigating agencies are doing their work
During the interview, Rajnath Singh said that the investigating agencies Enforcement Directorate (ED), CBI and Income Tax Department are doing their work. If the opposition feels that their leaders are being sent to jail on baseless charges, then they can get protection from the courts. Rajnath Singh said that if AAP leader Sanjay Singh can get bail then why are other leaders not able to get such relief from the courts?

India has to be made corruption free
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that India has to be made corruption free, this has been resolved by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi. If the opposition people feel that they have been framed…or that their leaders are in jail on baseless charges, then they can get security. He said that when Sanjay Singh can get bail, then why other leaders have not been able to get such relief? Let us discuss here that AAP leader Sanjay Singh has recently got bail in the money laundering case related to the liquor policy scam. He was arrested by the investigating agency ED in October last year.
