Calcutta High Court Judge Abhijit Gangopadhyay summoned State Law Minister Malay Ghatak till 5 pm on Wednesday. Within 25 minutes of the judge giving this order at around 4.30 pm, Law Minister Malay Ghatak reached the High Court.
