In the Supreme Court on Monday Calcutta High Court The hearing was held between Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay and Justice Soumen Sen. All the cases related to medical admission have been removed from the Calcutta High Court at present. The top court said that they will hear the cases. The medical case will be heard again in the Supreme Court after the next three weeks. The Supreme Court has directed all parties in the medical case to file written affidavits. The Chief Justice said that the Supreme Court is keeping an eye on what is happening with the Division Bench and Single Bench in the Calcutta High Court. They will not comment further on this matter. The dignity of the High Court may be harmed.
