Who is Rekha Patra?
Patra was one of the most vocal protesters of Sandeshkhali. Based on his complaint, the police have arrested Shibu Hazra, a local muscleman and associate of Shahjahan Sheikh. It is also being discussed that Patra had met Prime Minister Narendra Modi after the public meeting in Barasat on March 6. The women’s group had told the Prime Minister about the plight of Sandeshkhali.
