West Bengal: Chief Minister alerted about North Bengal, expressed concern over missing of 23 soldiers in Sikkim

Officials said that a sudden cloudburst over Lhonak Lake in North Sikkim caused a flash flood in Teesta river in Lachen valley, due to which 23 army personnel were washed away and their camp and vehicle got stuck in the mud. Mamata Banerjee said on social media platform Expressing solidarity on this matter, I promise to provide all possible assistance if any help is sought from Sikkim. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is very worried about North Bengal. The havoc of continuous rain also continues.
