Councilor Bappaditya Dasgupta summoned in teacher recruitment scam case
ED has summoned Trinamool councilor Bappaditya Dasgupta, close to former minister Partha Chatterjee, accused in the teacher recruitment scam case.
Mamta Banerjee’s meeting in Santragachi, Howrah today
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will address a public meeting at Santragachi bus stand on Wednesday. From here she will inaugurate schemes worth Rs 250 crore for the transport department. Will flag off 56 buses of North and South Bengal Transport Corporation and State Transport Corporation. Besides, 15 bus terminals, depots, passenger shelters, jetties and ships will be inaugurated at a cost of Rs 100 crore. She will also lay the foundation stone of 30 projects of the transport department.
