Buddhadev’s health is improving, can be discharged today
Former Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharya is hospitalized for the last nine days. He is undergoing treatment at Woodlands Hospital in Alipore. Soup was given to the former CM. Now he has been put on non-invasive ventilatory support. Buddhadev is able to talk now. According to the medical bulletin of the hospital, Buddhadev is undergoing physiotherapy and lung rehabilitation. He is being fed milk through a tube to Riles. Buddhadev’s condition is said to be stable at present. The health of the former chief minister is being constantly monitored. Doctors say that the treatment is slowly affecting him. Now the Medical Board can take a decision on discharging him from the hospital today.
