The next hearing of this case has been fixed on December 26. On that day also, Zarine Khan has been asked to be physically present in the court.

According to court sources, an event management company in Narkeldanga area had booked Bollywood actress Zarine Khan to inaugurate the Kalipuja Mandap on November 5 in 2018 for Rs 42 lakh. It is alleged that actress Zarine Khan did not come to Kolkata for the inauguration. After which a person named Vishal Gupta, on behalf of the event management company, lodged a complaint against Bollywood actress Zarine Khan and her secretary at Narkeldanga police station. During the hearing of this case, lawyer Mohammad Sadiq, on behalf of Vishal, said in the court that in the complaint lodged at Narkeldanga police station on November 27, 2018, it was said that an agreement was made for Rs 42 lakh to inaugurate Kali Puja on November 5. But she did not reach Kolkata to inaugurate the pavilion. After this he did not even return the money taken.

The actress cannot go out of the country until the case is pending

Here, after completing the investigation of this case on time, the police of Narkeldanga police station filed the charge sheet in the Sealdah court. After which, during the hearing of the case, Zareen Khan surrendered in the court of Additional Chief Justice Shubhojit Rakshit of Sealdah Court on Monday. Earlier, around 3.45 pm, Zareen Khan was seen entering the court wearing a gray full sleeve jeans jacket, black pants, a blue mask on her face and black frame glasses. On behalf of Zarine Khan, lawyer Pawan Aggarwal applied for bail in the court. After hearing the statements of both the parties, the court granted interim bail to Zarine Khan on a personal bond of Rs 30,000. The court also put a condition that without the permission of the court, the accused Zareen Khan cannot leave the country till the case continues. He will have to be present in the court on the day of hearing. The next hearing of this case has been fixed on 26 December.
