The maximum temperature of the capital Ranchi can reach 28 degrees centigrade, while the minimum temperature is expected to drop to 16 degrees.
Ranchi’s minimum temperature was 17.1 degrees centigrade.
Meteorological Center chief Abhishek Anand said that rain with thunderstorms is expected in Ranchi, Ramgarh, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Jamtara, Lohardaga, Gumla, Simdega, Khunti, West Singhbhum, Seraikela-Kharsawan and East Singhbhum districts on November 3. The maximum temperature of Ranchi increased by one degree centigrade to 31.2 degrees Celsius, which is 3.4 degrees more than the normal temperature as on date. With a drop of 0.1 degree in the minimum temperature, it was recorded at 17.1 degrees, which is 0.4 degree centigrade more than normal.

The highest temperature of Daltenganj was 32.4 degrees and the minimum temperature was 18 degrees. The highest temperature was recorded 1.7 degrees above normal and the minimum temperature was recorded 0.1 degrees below normal. Sahibganj was the only district where the temperature dropped by 0.6 degrees in the last 24 hours.
Temperature increased in 23 districts of Jharkhand
The temperature of the remaining 23 districts of Jharkhand has increased during the last 24 hours. An increase in temperature ranging from 0.5 degree to 2.6 degree centigrade has been recorded. Today’s maximum temperature was recorded at 33.8 degrees centigrade in Godda. There was no rain in any district. The lowest increase of 0.5 degree centigrade maximum temperature was recorded in Palamu, while the highest increase of 2.6 degree centigrade was recorded in Lohardaga.
