However, rain is not expected in other districts like these areas. According to SK Suman, meteorologist of Patna Meteorological Centre, the monsoon trough line is effective from East South East towards North East Bay of Bengal through Jaisalmer, Kota, Guna, Jharsuguda, Balasore. A cyclonic circulation extends over northwest MP and adjoining areas up to an average of 7.6 km above sea level. During the next 12 hours, rain is expected in many places of North-West, North Central parts of Bihar, some places of North-East and South-West parts. Heavy rain may occur at one or two places in West Champaran and Gopalganj.
