However, even after this, conditions like cold of Pus are not visible yet. According to IMD data, the minimum temperature at night is currently six degrees Celsius above normal.
The maximum temperature is one to three degrees below normal in South Bihar and around normal in North Bihar. Moderate to very dense fog is continuously seen in southern, south-western and north-western Bihar. Because of this, seeing the sun has become rare. There is a forecast of fog in the north-west, north-east, north-central, south-west and south-central areas for the next two days.

According to IMD senior meteorologist Shailendra Kumar Patel, water vapor has stagnated in the air within a radius of one kilometer from the surface. Due to this the fog is permanently covered. The wind speed is negligible and is completely calm. That’s why the fog is not clearing. Therefore the fog persists for a long time during the day.
Western wind may pick up some strength
According to Patel, the western wind may gain some strength after two days. Due to this, there can be more or less shadow and fog in the sky. However, the fog will continue for now. At present the situation is such that visibility of ten meters was found in Purnia and its surrounding areas. This is the lowest so far.
