Weather Forecast: The effect of western disturbance is still visible in some areas of the country. There are chances of lightning along with rain in the eastern and western areas of Rajasthan. There is a possibility of change in weather in Jodhpur, Bikaner, Jaipur, Bharatpur and many other areas of Rajasthan in the next 24 hours. According to the Meteorological Department, strong wind may blow along with the rain. Let us tell you that due to Western Disturbance, there has been light to heavy rain in many areas in the state during the last 24 hours. Due to change in weather, a drop in maximum temperature has been recorded.
Effect of western disturbance visible in many states
The effect of western disturbance was visible in many other states of the country including Rajasthan. According to Skymet Weather, light to moderate rain and snowfall occurred in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh in the last 24 hours. Light to moderate rain with isolated hailstorm and thunder occurred in North Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and NCR. Apart from this, light rain occurred in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Western Uttar Pradesh, Northeast India and Vidarbha.
How will the weather be in the next 24 hours?
Due to western disturbance, change in weather will be seen in many states tomorrow i.e. on Sunday also. According to Skymet Weather, light to moderate rain and snowfall along with heavy rain at some places may be seen in the Western Himalayas during the next 24 hours. There are chances of heavy rain in Sikkim and North-East India also. Rain and storm are possible in North Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha and Kerala. There are chances of rain in the states of North India while heat wave conditions prevail in South India including Central India. Heat wave conditions are likely in isolated areas of Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, North Interior Karnataka, Rayalaseema and Telangana.
Chances of rain in Bihar
There are chances of rain in Bihar. The Meteorological Department has said that the weather may once again take a turn in the state. It may rain in many districts including the capital Patna. Apart from Patna, there is a possibility of rain in West Champaran, East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Araria and Kishanganj.

Weather patterns can change in Jharkhand also. However, the heat continued to increase in many districts including the capital Ranchi on Friday. An increase of two degrees Celsius was recorded in the temperature. The Meteorological Department estimates that due to western disturbance on Saturday and Sunday, there may be light rain in many parts of Jharkhand. There may be rain in Garhwa, Palamu, Latehar, Hazaribagh including the capital Ranchi.
snowfall in jammu and kashmir
Let us tell you that in Jammu and Kashmir, there was snowfall in many high altitude areas of Gulmarg and Pahalgam yesterday i.e. on Friday, while rain was seen in the plains. Snowfall continued late night in the higher reaches of Kashmir including ski resort Gulmarg in Baramulla district. About three inches of snowfall was recorded in Pahalgam of Anantnag in South Kashmir. Along with Kashmir, there was snowfall in the higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh today i.e. on Saturday. Whereas, there was hailstorm and rain in many areas, especially in low lying places. Meteorologists estimate that the harsh weather may continue tomorrow i.e. on Sunday also.
Rain in many parts of Punjab
Change in weather was also seen in many parts of Punjab. It rained in many districts of Punjab on Friday and Saturday. Due to rain, the minimum temperature remained normal in Haryana also. According to the Meteorological Department, 15.4 mm rainfall was recorded in Ludhiana, 4.2 mm in Amritsar and 2 mm in Patiala. Due to rain, there was a decrease in maximum temperature.
