According to Skymet Weather, there may be light to moderate rain in Bihar and North Chhattisgarh. The period of rain and snowfall may start from February 17 in Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. This may continue till 21st February.
