Cold is gradually increasing in many states of the country. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of a cyclonic circulation over the southern Andaman Sea turning into a low pressure area. Due to this, there may be rain in the coastal districts of Bengal between 16 and 18 November.
Due to this cyclonic circulation, low pressure conditions may arise in the central Bay of Bengal on Thursday. Regional Director of India Meteorological Department (IMD) GK Das gave information in this regard. He told that due to this, light to moderate rain may be seen in the coastal areas of West Bengal from 16 to 18 November.
IMD Regional Director GK Das said that we are keeping an eye on the direction and intensity of this system. A statement has been issued by IMD in which it has been said that the cyclonic circulation area in the southern Andaman Sea may strengthen and move towards west-northwest direction and convert into a low pressure area in the central Bay of Bengal. .
The minimum temperature in Delhi on Monday was recorded at 11.8 degrees Celsius, two degrees Celsius below normal. The Meteorological Department has predicted clear sky during the day and the maximum temperature will be around 27 degrees Celsius.
The sky is likely to remain cloudy in entire Jharkhand including its capital Ranchi till November 18, while fog or mist is expected in the morning during this period. On the second day of Diwali, smog was seen in Ranchi due to which normal life was affected. There is a possibility of fog or mist in the morning in Jharkhand’s capital Ranchi and its surrounding areas till November 16. After this, there is a possibility of partly cloudy sky. On November 17 and 18, the weather will be generally cloudy and dry.
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is going to remain dry in other parts including Eastern UP and Western UP till November 18. But now the temperature will gradually increase. The minimum temperature may drop by Tuesday. Zonal Meteorological Centre, Lucknow said that a drop in temperature by 2-3 degree Celsius may be seen in the next two-three days. There is going to be no change in the rest of the weather.
According to Skymet Weather, rain activities are likely to start in coastal Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu from November 15. The effect of this weather system can be seen on the east coast from Tamil Nadu to Odisha and Gangetic West Bengal. The chances of it becoming a cyclone are very less.
