The weather in the country is going to take a turn once again. A new western disturbance is becoming active over the Himalayan ranges. According to the estimates released by the Meteorological Department, the weather pattern will change due to the activation of western disturbance. The effect of western disturbance will be visible in Delhi as well as in many surrounding states including UP. It is expected that due to this there may be light rain in the coming one or two days. At the same time, the winter temperature may fall further in North India.
According to Skymet Weather, a cyclonic circulation may form over the South Andaman Sea on November 25. Under its influence, a low pressure area is likely to form on November 26.
It is extremely cold in Jammu and Kashmir. At most places in Kashmir, the mercury has reached above the freezing point since last night. The minimum temperature in Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, was recorded at 0.9 degrees Celsius. Whereas in Bandipora, Baramulla, Ganderbal, Kokernag, Kulgam and Kupwara, the minimum temperature was recorded between zero degree Celsius and 1.7 degree Celsius.
At the same time, due to rain and snowfall in the mountains, cold has started increasing in the plains. A continuous decline in temperature is being recorded in North India. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has predicted rain at many places.
According to Skymet Weather, on November 25, there may be rain in many parts of Maharashtra as well as some parts of Gujarat and South Rajasthan. On November 26, there may be heavy rain at many places in South West Madhya Pradesh, South Gujarat and North Maharashtra.
During the last 24 hours, light to moderate rain has occurred in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Lakshadweep and Telangana. Light rain occurred in Kerala and South Interior Karnataka.
According to Skymet Weather report, there may be light to moderate rain with heavy rain at some places in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh during the next 24 hours. Light to moderate rain may also occur in Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana and Lakshadweep.
On November 25, there may be rain in many parts of Maharashtra as well as some parts of Gujarat and South Rajasthan. On November 26, the intensity of rain will increase significantly in South-West Madhya Pradesh, South Gujarat and North Maharashtra.
The storm of rain continues in the southern state of Tamil Nadu. It has been raining continuously for the past several days. Today i.e. Friday also, due to heavy rains in the state, holiday has been declared in all government and private schools of Coonoor and Kotagiri.
