AQI between zero and 50 is ‘good’, 51 to 100 is ‘satisfactory’, 101 to 200 is ‘moderate’, 201 to 300 is ‘poor’, 301 to 400 is ‘very poor’ and 401 to 500 is ‘good’. It is considered to be in the ‘severe’ category.

According to information received from officials, light fog was also recorded on Wednesday and the lowest visibility was recorded at around 600 meters. India Meteorological Department scientist Kuldeep Srivastava said, “The maximum wind speed during the day was 8-10 km/hr, but it will almost double to 20 km/hr during the day on Thursday.” This is likely to continue in the coming days also. In such a situation, it can be said that the cold is going to increase in the national capital.
