Here, air pollution is also creating problems in the national capital. The air quality was recorded in the severe category on Thursday morning. However, due to change in weather, a slight improvement in pollution is expected.
The air quality index in Delhi was recorded at 420 at 8 am on Thursday, while it was 426 at 4 pm on Wednesday. At the same time, AQI was recorded at 369 in Delhi’s neighboring city Ghaziabad, 396 in Gurugram, 394 in Noida, 450 in Greater Noida and 413 in Faridabad.
Cold weather has started in UP also. Smog has started in the cities of UP. Here too, there is a considerable difference in the temperature between morning and evening. However, the effect of pollution is visible in UP. The Meteorological Center based in Lucknow has said that the weather will remain dry for the next two-three days. The temperature will drop further in the coming days.
The temperature is continuously falling in many districts of Bihar. The Meteorological Department says that the temperature will drop significantly within the next one week. Along with this, there is also a possibility of fog and mist in many districts.
Cold has arrived in Jharkhand also. Gradually the cold is increasing in the entire state. A continuous decline is being recorded in mercury. There is a feeling of cold in the morning and evening. Fog has also started appearing in many districts. At the same time, during Diwali, there is a possibility of increase in cold along with cold at night.
Many states of North India are coming under the grip of cold. The cold is increasing with every passing day. Even on the day of Diwali, there is a possibility of severe cold in the atmosphere in many states late at night.
