If job is not available then candidates lose interest

On this issue, Primary Education Board Chairman Gautam Pal said, ‘Jobs are done in one way and Tet is a different way. The Supreme Court had recently ruled that B.Ed degree should not be considered as the primary recruitment qualification. You cannot apply only if you have D.El.Ed training, this is the criteria, perhaps this is why the number has reduced. On this, a job candidate who passed TET in 2014 says that almost 9 years have passed and no recruitment has taken place yet. The movement has been going on for three years.
