Meeting for appointment of members of State Human Rights Commission

As mentioned in the letter, this meeting is being held for the appointment of members of the State Human Rights Commission. After this, the question started being raised in the political circles of Bengal whether the MLA of Nandigram would sit in such a meeting with the Chief Minister? The same question is being raised in administrative circles also. Because in the last two and a half years, Shubhendu has not sat in any face-to-face meeting with the Chief Minister. Whenever he has been invited to such a meeting, the opposition leader has avoided the meeting. Therefore, it is believed that he will adopt the same stance in this meeting also.

Shubhendu will make his stand clear before the meeting

However, Shubhendu Adhikari does not want to make his position public on the question of attending the meeting. In response to such a question, the opposition leader said, “I will announce my decision at the right time.” After his comment, it is believed that he will remain on his old post and will remain absent from the meeting. Last year also, a meeting was called at the house of Speaker Biman Banerjee regarding the appointment of Human Rights Commissioner and members of the Commission. At that time the opposition leader was again suspended from the assembly. He was banned from entering the assembly. After receiving the invitation for the meeting, Shubhendu wants to write a letter to the Speaker and know which route he will take to attend the meeting.
