Accused arrested in Gardenreach case in police custody till 18th April
Another owner of the land, Mohammad Dilnawaz alias Raja (40), arrested by the police in connection with the collapse of a part of the under-construction house in Azhar Molla Bagan located in Gardenreach area, was produced in the Alipore court. There the court has directed to send the accused to police custody till April 18. He is a resident of the same area. He was arrested from Islampur in North Dinajpur on Thursday. Police sources say that earlier a land owner, a promoter and a labor supplier have been arrested in this case.
