WB News: Bengal received investment proposals worth Rs 3.76 lakh crore in business summit: Mamata Banerjee

The state has received investment proposals worth more than Rs 3.76 lakh crore during the seventh Bengal Business Summit organized to attract investments in West Bengal. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee Addressing the concluding session of the business summit held here on Wednesday, he said that these proposals received for investment in West Bengal are related to various sectors. Banerjee said a total of 188 memorandums of understanding (MOUs) and letters of intent (LOIs) were signed in the two-day conference. This conference started on Tuesday. Many business leaders including Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, RPG Group’s Sanjiv Goenka and Wipro’s Rishad Premji attended the inaugural session.
