Burdwan/Panagarh, Mukesh Tiwari: In West Bengal, three youths died tragically in a head-on collision between two bikes. This incident took place in Ballab Pada Barosanko area of Nadia district. The bodies of the three youths were recovered by the police and sent to Katwa Divisional Hospital for post-mortem on Thursday morning. According to local sources, three people died in a head-on collision between two bikes while passing through Barosanko area of Nadia late on Wednesday night. Even the driver of a Toto passing by was seriously injured and admitted to Katwa Divisional Hospital.
Police identified the dead
Police have named the deceased youth as Shayan Dutta (24). It is known that the house of the deceased is in Chaulapatti area of Katwa. On this day he had gone to Vallabh Para to take care of his shop. Then there was a head-on collision with the bike coming from the other side. Two people were coming on bikes from the other side. The identities of these deceased have been stated as Shubhojit Ghosh (19) and Bapan Das (21). Both these youths were residents of Ballab Pada village. After this accident, mourning has spread in both the villages. The damaged bikes have been confiscated by the police.

In Kotasur village of Mayureshwar, a pickup van carrying vegetables went out of control and collided with two roadside shops. Both the shops have been damaged in this.
