The two-day tribal festival organized in Jharkhand has come to an end. Chief Minister Hemant Soren attended the closing ceremony with his wife Kalpana Soren. When Nandlal Nayak along with his team was performing at the Jharkhand Tribal Festival 2023 organized at Birsa Smriti Udyan, Kalpana Soren could not stop herself. She came on stage.
