VIDEO: Jharkhand High Court orders Dhirendra Krishna Shastri’s Palamu program, DC’s order canceled

There will be a program of Baba Bageshwar Dham Sarkar Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri in Palamu district. Jharkhand High Court canceled the order of Palamu Deputy Commissioner. The High Court has ordered the Palamu Deputy Commissioner to grant permission for the program. The case was heard on Monday in the court of High Court Justice Anand Sen. Let us tell you that the order of not allowing the program by Palamu District Administration was challenged in the High Court by Hanumant Katha Organizing Committee and a request was made to allow Bageshwar Baba’s program. Baba Bageshwar’s program is proposed from 10th to 15th February in Ornar village of Chainpur block of Palamu district. An amended petition was filed in the Jharkhand High Court on behalf of the applicant regarding the proposed program of Baba Bageshwar Dham Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri in Palamu. This case was listed for hearing on January 24 in the court of High Court Justice Anand Sen. It is noteworthy that on behalf of the applicant Hanumant Katha Organizing Committee, convener Medininagar’s former mayor Aruna Shankar and secretary Dinanath Prasad had filed an amended petition. It was said that permission for the event was not being given by the Deputy Commissioner of Palamu. He was given a detailed plan for permission, but on January 10, expressing fear of law and order problems, he issued an order not to give permission, which is not right. Permission should be given to organize the program. The applicant had also requested to give instructions for providing law and order, fire safety, traffic and medical facilities during the program. The High Court had asked that the Chief Secretary and DGP should be present virtually and tell what law and order problems would arise, which the administration would not be able to control. Superintendent of Police (Information) Special Branch will also remain there to explain.
